• Coordinating with specialized collaborators required to complete the project.

• Improving the quality of our website using aggregated and non-identifiable usage data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

03  Sharing with Third Parties

As part of our services, limited information may be shared with third-party providers, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers responsible for website deployment and performance.

CNXS selects providers that demonstrate responsible data handling practices and does not authorize any third party to use your information for any purpose other than the delivery of your project.

04  Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law:

• Project-related information is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to address any follow-up needs.
• Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to process your request.
• Anonymous analytics data may be retained indefinitely, as it does not identify any individual.

Upon request, we will delete your personal information under the conditions described in section 6 below.

05  Data Protection and Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction. Access to your information is restricted to collaborators directly involved in your project.
