Pilot Program · Pre-launch 2026
01 Pilot Projects and No-Fee Model
What is a CNXS pilot project?
A pilot project is a collaboration carried out during our pre-launch phase, with a very limited number of clients at a time. The goal is to deliver a real, tangible result (website, automations, campaigns, video) while documenting a solid case study.
Is it really free?
During a pilot project, all or part of our service fees may be waived for a defined period, typically 3 months.
However, all external costs remain your responsibility: hosting, domain, tools, CRM, automations, media buying, stock assets, and so on.
Why are spots limited?
Because we work on a very small number of projects at a time in order to stay fully involved in each one and maintain the quality of our execution and follow-through.
02 Timelines, Organization and Delays
Who manages the project and how is the work organized?
CNXS takes full ownership of project management: we coordinate collaborators, assign tasks, handle follow-up, and define the execution strategy. You do not need to manage a team on your end.
The pace is organized around our availability and current commitments. In practice, things move quickly because we control the full chain. Milestones are discussed and confirmed with you upfront, then honored as closely as possible. If anything changes, you are informed in advance, not after the fact.
What are the timelines?
They depend on the complexity of the project and your responsiveness (content delivery, approvals, access). In a pilot project, milestones are indicative: the structure is clear, but timelines remain more flexible than in a standard engagement.
How do you track progress?
We work with a simple plan (milestones and tasks) and regular check-ins. You always know what is in progress, what is waiting on your end, and what comes next.
What happens if I deliver content or approvals late?
The timeline shifts accordingly. After multiple follow-ups without a response, we may pause the project and reallocate our resources, then propose a new schedule when the work resumes.
03 Deliverables and Approval
What do I receive at the end?
What is defined in the agreement: live website, landing pages, automations, configured campaigns, final videos, minimal documentation, and where applicable, access transfers.
How does the approval process work?
You review the delivered version and send back any corrections within the agreed scope. Without feedback within a reasonable timeframe (7 business days), the delivery may be considered accepted.
04 Tools, Access and External Costs
Who pays for hosting, domains and tools?
You do. Either directly with the providers, or by reimbursing us when we advance a cost after your agreement. This is consistent with our commitment to not charge management fees, while keeping you in control of your own subscriptions.
Are accounts opened in my name?
Yes, wherever possible. The intent is for you to remain the owner of your accounts (hosting, DNS, tools, advertising, CRM) and your data.
05 Intellectual Property
Do I own the website, videos and automations?
You receive at minimum a usage license for your commercial needs. If you want a full transfer of specific copyright (video, specific creative concept), this must be explicitly stated and formalized: works involved, duration, territory, media, exclusivity or not.
What about plugins, music, fonts or stock assets?
These remain subject to their publishers' licenses. We guide you on this and inform you of the associated rights when relevant.
06 Confidentiality and Personal Data
Are my information and my company's information kept confidential?
Yes. Non-public information you share with us (strategy, figures, offers, access) is not disclosed, except when required by law or with your explicit consent.
You handle personal data. How is that managed?
If the project involves personal data (forms, CRM, marketing automations), we implement an approach compliant with applicable laws, whether you are in Quebec or in Europe.
Key principles: transparency, limited retention periods, reasonable security measures. A dedicated data processing addendum can be signed if needed.
07 After the Pilot Period
What happens after 3 months?
Three scenarios:
- Close as-is: you keep the deliverables as they are.
- Transition and handover: we transfer access and documentation so you can continue internally or with another provider.
- Paid continuation: we move to a maintenance, optimization, or growth offer with a new quote or subscription.
08 Termination and Support
Can I stop the project midway?
Yes, with reasonable notice, unless a firm commitment has been made. External costs already incurred (tools, hosting, advertising, third-party purchases) remain due.
Is there support after launch?
In a pilot project, we provide best-effort support: quick responses and prioritization of critical blockers. For support with formal commitments (guaranteed response times, defined hours), we offer paid maintenance plans.
09 Case Studies and Portfolio
Will you publish my project on your website or social media?
Only with your explicit agreement if it involves your name, logo, or identifying figures. Without consent, we may sometimes use an anonymized version (no name, no logo, no sensitive data).
Can I request removal later?
Yes. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to technical constraints (archives, already distributed materials, legal obligations).
